The baby PEEP group is for parents/carers with a baby under six months old, living in Allenton/Osmaston area.
PEEP stands for Parents Early Education Partnership and was set up to help parents/carers feel more confident about being their child’s first educator by giving them support and sharing ideas on how to make the most of learning opportunities in everyday life at home- listening, talking, playing, singing, and sharing books everyday.
We always start the session with the hello song, welcoming everybody to the group. There is always a singing session, a story and we finish with the goodbye song.
Each week we have a session focus where we share ideas and sometimes make things for you and your baby.
We will give you hand-outs and ideas sheets to keep and a memory folder to put everything in. We take lots of photographs to remind you of the fun you have had.
You can use this folder to gain an OCN which you can use to gain access to learning opportunities and courses in the future.
